Background

James, the founder of James Bark, was frustrated by the lack of versatility and limited options available to men when it came to polo shirts. He envisioned a brand that blended classic and contemporary fashion, offering high-quality, versatile, and sophisticated polos that catered to the diverse fashion needs of today's modern man.

With that in mind, they created an amazing product selection. They had huge success in Central & South America, so to expand their presence in the US they contacted us to give their site a whole new look in tune with the image they wanted to show and the brand values.

Challenge

We had to make sure their site reflected premium, and that was up to top-level competitors on the market.

We crowd together with the client, our devs, and designers to make sure no detail was missing.

At the same time we needed to understand how to improve their metrics and get client's feedback.

Our desingners came with a very slick design in line with the best luxury brand after a speending plenty of time doing research.

We integrated Okendo to get clients surveys on site speed, checkout and shipping and improve conversion rate.

We were able to identify what was dragging their website through the surveys and we made changes to the site aligned with their client's feedback.
